First You will have to visit the Saral Haryana Website. You can avail many other services from this website if you are a resident of Haryana.
Now you will have to click on New Registration if you have not registered on this website before. After registration, login to the website.
Now Click on “Apply For Services”.
You must have family Id in order to apply for birth certificate on Saral Haryana Portal. Enter Your Family ID and select the name of the person whose certificate you need.
Now you will have to fill all the necessary details such as birth year, place of occurrence, Name, Gender, Father and Mother Name etc.
After filling all the details click on ‘submit’.
Now upload the Identity Proof of the Applicant such as Aadhar card etc. Now you will be redirected to the Payment page.
Pay the fee and note down your application reference number to track your application. You can check the status of your application by clicking on ‘View Status of Application’.
